COVID-19 – Important Information
TES continues to closely monitor the latest advice from central government on a daily basis in relation to the coronavirus outbreak and our primary concern is the safety of our staff, our customers, suppliers, channel partners and the wider community.
We kindly request that customers continue to log requests for support and repairs through the client portal on the TES Website as normal. Further information and guidance will be published in due course.
Engineering staff are continuing to carry out the usual telephone and remote support service for all TES systems, but it may take a little longer to respond due to the change in operational procedures.
